At Ridgeline Clinical Counseling, PLLC, we provide a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. We specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based care for police officers, firefighters, first responders, and veterans navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. Sessions are available in person in Gilbert, Arizona, or through secure telehealth.
Our approach is collaborative and goal-oriented. We work with you to build practical skills, deepen insight, and promote lasting well-being.

- Individual Counseling: 60-minute sessions using trauma-focused approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related challenges.
- Trauma and Stress Recovery: Counseling designed to reduce distress, promote nervous system stabilization, and support resilience. Treatment is phased and paced to ensure safety, emotional regulation, and gradual processing of traumatic experiences.
- First Responder & Veteran Support: Culturally informed and occupation-aware care for police officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, corrections officers, and military veterans, recognizing the effects of cumulative trauma, critical incidents, shift work, and organizational stress.
- Secure Telehealth: Confidential and HIPAA-compliant video sessions available to adults anywhere in Arizona through the SimplePractice platform—ensuring flexibility and private access to care.
